Learn What Makes Me Special
I am an instructional designer who creates performance-focused learning for adult and corporate learners. My work centers on helping people apply what they learn on the job through clear design, practical scenarios, and learning experiences that respect the realities of the workplace.
With a background in Education, I approach instructional design as a behavior-change discipline rather than a content delivery approach. I design learning that supports decision-making, communication, productivity, and knowledge retention, using strategies such as scenario-based learning, microlearning, and targeted reinforcement.
I work end-to-end, from identifying performance gaps and defining learning goals to designing and developing interactive learning in tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline. I value clarity, usability, and instructional choices that serve both learners and business outcomes.
